The special machine for internal longitudinal seam welding is equipped with gas shielded welding, which can complete the welding of internal longitudinal seam of tower rod with a maximum length of 12m and a diameter of 250-1800mm at one time.

Equipment features: 

1.The operation is simple and convenient, the welding work efficiency is high, and the weld is well formed

2.In the welding process, the weld can be automatically tracked, and the welding gun can be automatically adjusted up and down, left and right.

3.The advanced centralized control is adopted for the control system of the special machine, allowing to adjust all the functions of the equipment and the current and voltage of the welding power supply through a manual control box.

4.The special machine is equipped with a welding oscillator on the welding gun, allowing the user to adjust the width of weld formation according to the welding requirements.

5.A television surveillance camera is also installed near the welding gun, enabling the operator to observe the seam tracking in real time through the display on the console.
